Nothing on Midlife Nights pays us when you click or buy. There are no affiliate links on the site, so there is no affiliate disclosure on our pages either.

No adverts and no paid placements

We do not run display adverts, and nobody can pay to appear in an article, to be mentioned, or to be left out. We do not publish sponsored content.

When we mention an app or a product

Some articles mention a tool, such as a symptom diary app, where it helps with the question on the page. We describe it from facts on its maker's own website, we never rank or score it, and we link to it with a plain link.

What this means for you

Our health facts come from sources you can open, linked in the sentence that uses them, and we give no treatment advice. The editorial policy explains how.
